Phone Hypnosis

Really?

Yes, you can be hypnotized on the phone. The process is the same as if you were in the office, but you can call from anywhere in the world. You may want help with fears, such as flying or public speaking, weight loss, Irritable Bowel Syndrome, pain management, sleep problems, grinding teeth (bruxism), help with your tennis game, and a host of other issues.
Generally, when you are in a hypnosis session, you have your eyes closed, so there is no reason NOT to have your session on the phone.

What are the benefits of hypnosis sessions done on the phone?

You will be in your own element - your own bedroom or den on your own couch or recliner. Many clients feel more comfortable this way, becoming more relaxed and more deeply hypnotized. Also, you will not have any commuter time. There are no drawbacks to hypnosis by phone, except that some people would prefer to work face to face or are unable to schedule quiet time at home or at work.

How does it work?

Your specific needs are discussed in a phone consultation and you fill out an intake form. Once form has been received, and arrangements are made for payment, you make an appointment. You make the appointment for a time where you will not be disturbed by family members, doorbells or pets! This session is your time.

Who pays for the call?

You do. It is helpful for you to shut off your Call Waiting service so that you will not be distracted by Call Waiting beeps during your session.  You will be reminded to do this before your first session.

What kind of phone or service should I use?

Most of my clients feel more comfortable with a Bluetooth or headset so that their hands can be completely relaxed. You can also listen to me on speaker phone or simply hold the phone in your hand during your session.
